Dr. Jean-Philippe Chaput visited the NIH-funded Nutrition Obesity Research Center at the University of Alabama at Birmingham this week (November 7-9). The center studies all aspects of nutrition with a focus on obesity and associated metabolic disease and the director is Dr. David Allison.
In addition to meeting the scientists and learning from their well-renowned research group, Dr. Chaput gave a one-hour lecture at their seminar series titled, “Does thinking make us fatter?”
