On Wednesday, April 27th, 2011, HALO Administrative Assistant, Hélène Sinclair received the proclamation from Mayor Jim Watson declaring April 24th – 30th, 2011 as Administrative Professionals’ Week in Ottawa. The proclamation was given to the Ottawa and Ottawa West Chapters of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
