Last month, Katie Gunnell presented at the 14th European Congress of Sport Psychology in Bern, Switzerland. In the presentation, Katie and colleagues examined participants from the REAL study (Research on Eating and Adolescent Lifestyles) to determine  if screen time and physical activity predicted symptoms of anxiety over time in adolescents.
