HALO Director, Mark Tremblay, Chaired a symposium on the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for the Early Years: An Integration of Physical Activity, Sedentary Behaviour, and Sleep at the Early Years Conference in Vancouver, January 26-27 The symposium included the following presentations:

  4. Final guidelines and suggestions for applications in your work (Dr. Casey Gray, HALO Research Manager)
