Maia Collins
Research Assistant
Maia completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University in 2022. She then continued her education at McMaster University and Maastricht University to pursue a Master of Science in Global Health. She joined the HALO team as a Research Assistant in 2025. Maia’s interests involve health promotion, and making physical activity more accessible on a local and global scale. Outside of research, Maia enjoys running, biking, trying new recipes and spending quality time with friends and family.
