With the increased prevalence of obesity and type 2 diabetes in Canadian children and adolescents, it becomes crucial to build the gap between research and practice to improve the quality of life of children and teenagers with weight problems. Zach was invited as a keynote speaker to the Universidade Estadual de Maringá, Paraná, Brazil.
