Dr. Mark Tremblay, in collaboration with several partners from across Canada, just received a knowledge synthesis research grant ($100,000) from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research to perform a systematic review of the literature to inform the development of physical activity guidelines for children aged 0-4 years. This will add to the “family” of physical activity guidelines released recently by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, in partnership with ParticipACTION and HALO, among other partners.

Congratulations, Mark!
