Dr. Stephanie Prince Ware, former PhD student with HALO, was recently awarded a Dean’s scholarship from the University of Ottawa, which recognizes the timely completion of Dr. Prince Ware’s PhD degree. She was awarded the maximum of $3,000 for the completion of her thesis in 12 semesters or less.
