Over the past few weeks, Research Coordinator Stacey Alpous has delivered free workshops to over 150 people eager to learn more about physical literacy and the Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy (CAPL). Organizations who hosted the workshops include: The Northeastern Ontario Recreation Association (NeORA), Active Grand Commitee, the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and Laurentian University.
