On December 1st HALO Director, Professor Mark Tremblay visited Thunder Bay, Ontario to participate in their Active Healthy Kids Community Challenge Community Forum, a follow-up to a meeting he participated in one year earlier. Professor Tremblay delivered two invited talks:
- “Promoting active outdoor play: benefits, risks, and challenges” at the Thunder Bay Healthy Kids Community Challenge Community Leaders Forum
- “Back to the basics – the importance of active outdoor play” at the Thunder Bay Healthy Kids Community Challenge Public Forum
