HALO MSc student Ryan Featherstone (supervisors: Dr. Jean-Philippe Chaput and Dr. Denis Prud’homme) successfully defended his master’s thesis yesterday. The thesis examined the effects of sleep extension and restriction on mental health indicators in adolescents at risk of type 2 diabetes. Ryan did a great job presenting and answering the questions and got a verdict of 1 (minor corrections).
