HALO Senior Scientist Dr. Jean-Philippe Chaput just published an editorial titled “First sleep health guidelines for Canadian adults: implications for clinicians” in Sleep Medicine. The objective was to raise awareness about the newly released 24-hour movement guidelines (especially the sleep portion of the guidelines) among the sleep community and discuss the implications for health care providers.

Congratulations, JP!
