Hello,
We’re excited to share some upcoming news that we hope you’ll help us spread within your community. On March 11th, translated versions of the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines will be released in 10 additional languages:
Arabic, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Punjabi, Tagalog, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
The guidelines provide age-specific, evidence-based recommendations for:
● Children aged 0–4 years
● Children and youth aged 5–17 years
● Adults aged 18–64 years
● Adults aged 65+
By making these resources available in more languages, we aim to improve access to trusted guidance on physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and sleep for families, caregivers, educators, and community organizations across Canada.
We would greatly appreciate your support in sharing this launch on March 11th with your networks to help ensure these resources reach those who may benefit most.
Launch date: March 11, 2026
