Biography

Graduated in Physical Education at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, in Florianópolis, Brazil. Finished my masters degree in Physical Education in the same institution, with the thesis entitled ‘Effect of a muticomponent intervention on the time spent in physical activity and sedentary behavior on school time’. Begun my PhD in 2017 in Physical Education in the same institution, with the thesis project entitled ‘Changes in sleep, sedentary behavior, physical activity and its predictors during high school among Brazilian adolescents’.
