BIOGRAPHY
Emily Stone completed her Bachelor of Science Degree, with a minor in Nutrition and
Nutraceuticals, at the University of Guelph in 2021 and is currently working on her MSc in
Health: Science, Technology and Policy (HSTP) at Carleton University. After graduating from
the University of Guelph, Emily lived in Vancouver, B.C. for one year to pursue her passion for
travel. Emily has gained public health work experience while working as a medical office
assistant and in a long-term care home. Emily also volunteered at a vaccination clinic in her
hometown, Stratford, ON, during the COVID-19 pandemic. During her free time, Emily enjoys
reading, baking, yoga and trying new outdoor activities.
