Specifically, they investigate the relationship between pregnancy and downstream health, and also explore the applicability of healthy active living intervention strategies during key phases of growth, development and determination of long term health (i.e. intrauterine, preschool). As part of this responsibility, they have a mandate to train students, professors, clinicians and researchers to assist in the development of future leaders and thinkers in this area of research.
