Today the Healthy Active Living and Obesity Research Group released the Actical Accelerometer Data Analysis Support Tool (Accel+).
Prepared by Dr. Rachel Colley (Junior Research Chair), this tool was developed to assist researchers wanting to derive physical activity and sedentary behaviour variables from Actical accelerometer data in a way that is consistent with the Canadian Health Measures Survey.
Accel+ is freely accessible online and comes with a user’s guide and four SAS code files.
Click here to access the Accel+ page and download the files.
